Based upon the location that she was living and her appearance, we believe that she may be the mother or other relative of two of our little ones, Shyla and Ligera. (Shyla was adopted and, sadly, Ligera passed away.) We think that Arthur, also new to the shelter, may be the father.
As you can see from the photo, Alice is a girl that needs regular brushing... Her "ZZ-Top beard" is super-long and luscious... <g> Fortunately, she enjoys a good brushing, and is definitely looking more well-groomed than in the picture above.
She's a bit shy, but coming out of her shell. She loves to be petted, and "has an elevator-bum", meaning she raises her hind end in the air when getting a really good pet.
