Based upon the location that he was living, his appearance, and his behavior, we believe he may be the father (or other relative) of Shyla and Ligera (two beautiful little girls we had a while ago -- Shyla was adopted, and sadly, Ligera passed away) and the "husband" of Alice.
Arthur came into the shelter with a minor injury to his left ear (don't seem to have a good photo) and he's healing well.
Arthur is also a bit shy, but enjoys people. He likes to be up high and look down on his surroundings, so a cat tree may be a nice thing for this boy.
